Starlight Sound Baths are back!!
The benefits of deep relaxation and bathing in pure frequencies are felt immediately! We’ll gather just as the sun is setting and settle into our comfortable space under the stars to allow the sound to wash over our senses and our bodies, our minds as we tune in to the connection above and below.
Doors open at 6:30 for meet & greet and the sound experience begins at 7:00 with plenty of time for integration, sharing and even a brief sky talk afterwards!
Mats, cushions, pillows, blankets, herbal tea, water and light refreshments are provided!
